Well they have nothing in comun, they are totally different styles, I wanna say the Is bank tower in Istanbul just because is taller but it's a completly different design.

Is bank tower looks too stubby compared to the height.

HSBC is boxy but the height suits the width and design.

Hard decision but I'll go with HSBC.

For what is in essence just a box, I find the HSBC remarkably elegant and stylish - and it's very recognisable.
The Bank Tower is nice, but way too average in appearance: place it in any skyscraper-rich city, and it would be hard to find. The HSBC would be much easier to spot.

The bank tower although different is not unique, just check out SOM'S projects and you'll see that they have designed about 4 buildings that look exactly like IS bank tower, for example wachovia tower in miami.

If the HSBC is 200m with 45 floors and IS Bank is 181m with 52 floors whats missing from the IS tower?

P.S. I prefer the HSBC tower, IS Bank looks too "bitty", if you know what I mean

HSBC - smoother and better cladding, taller and more modern looking, plus I love those rounded corners.

I thought that it's going to be a very hard decision and had no idea that HSBC Tower is much more prefered. My vote goes to Is Bank Tower because HSBC Tower is too boxy and boring though it's shiny. But Is Bank Tower offers amazing details and much more floors.
