7.5/10 great building. i don't exactly like that part of the building sticking out, but i guess it was in the design to keep the building from being boring. the top is pretty dull, i must say, but overall i like this building. it dominates the skyline perfectly

10/10 WOW there is so many picky person here. I always give 10/10 on any Asian City and of course Korea too.
