7.5/10 great building. i don't exactly like that part of the building sticking out, but i guess it was in the design to keep the building from being boring. the top is pretty dull, i must say, but overall i like this building. it dominates the skyline perfectly

Jagged and winged........the result is a 'not too bad at all' building, though the appeal could have been made stronger.
