China Mainland supertall projects || 27 towers over 300m on going

I'm not going to open a thread for evey Chinese city, so I've decided joining all supertall projects here. I counted 27 projects over 300m, but I know there are some other projects at least in Shenyang, Tianjin, Wuhan and Chongqing to come. I'll keep updating this thread. BTW, I think I didn't include any stale proposal, all these projects have been more or less recenly proposed as far as I know.

Overview

Shanghai World Financial Center, 492m, 101f

Ningbo Twin Towers, 480m

Greenland Square Zifeng, Nanjing, 450m

Guangzhou Twin Towers, 430m, 110f

Xujiahui Center, 400m, 80f

Changsha Twin Towers, 400m, 80f, I don't know much about this project, I think it has been released a couple of months ago

Feng Long Center, Shenzhen, 399m

Chuanjiang Fanying, Chongqing, 398m, 98f

Jingji Tower, Shenzhen, 388m, 90f

North Bund Tower, Shanghai, 388m, 72f

JW Marriott International Finance Centre, Chongqing, 377m, 72f

Nanjing International Finance Center 357m, 71f

Z3-2 plot Project, Shanghai, at least 350m. Some proposals:

Nanjing Jinling Hotel Phase II, 336m, 88f

Dalian World Trade Center, Dalian, 334m, 78f

Wuhan International Securities Building, Wuhan, 331m, 68f

China World Trade Center Phase III, Beijing, 330m, 80f

Wenzhou World Trade Center, Wenzhou, 322m, 68f

Qingdao International United Center, 322m

Deji Plaza Phase 2, Nanjing, 315m

Tianjin World Trade Center, 300m, 80f, recently resumed

Gate of the Hongkou District, Shanghai, 300m

I haven't found any render of the Nikko Tower in Shenzhen (maybe this is another name for some of the other Shenzhen supertall projects?) and the International Information Building of Dongguan, sorry.

Enjoy!

The two shorter towers are topped out, the main tower is supposed to be started this year. Check this thread to see more Nanjing projects if you are interested.

OMG thanks for the link m8, i am just gobsmacked about how many 200m + towers are u/c in china. I can actully imagine chinese city by 2020 they'll probably be the best not just interms of skyline but also interms of infrastructure, transport, and businesswise.

All the top 10 chinese cities have got duzuns of supertall u/c, its just mental.

Excellent, Chinese infrastructure planners should teach India how to build cities. And India has a few big things to teach China too...

At the risk of being called a a-hole American, I am very skeptical about many of these projects. North Bund - been around for years w/o progress. That Chongqing one, same deal. I will believe these are under construction when I see pics of them coming out of the ground. Please post some if it is possible.

4 WTCs, 3 Twin Towers, and 2 IFCs...

I wish they'd come up with some better names.
