I don't like the idea that the underground suites will be sold.

So only a few people then will be able to have the chance to sleep undersea here.. well, unless the owners of the "anemones" decide to make money out of their property by allowing visitors to rent the suites.

Yes! there's only one theme park outside Luzon, not in Visayas and its here in Mindanao. The Gloria Fantasy Land in Dapitan City is the only theme park outside luzon with over 30 rides and they are still having their expansion nowadays to inlclude more additional rides. You can reach Dapitan City by air or by land trip via the western nautical highway.

Public Transport

From Sta. Barbara Airport:

- You can take the Shuttle Bus going to SM City, Iloilo.
- From SM City, Iloilo, take the SM Mandurriao jeepney and take a stop at the nearby intersection under the overpass and ride the Oton bound jeep going to the jeepney terminal located in Mohon, Oton.

CWC Day
05 February 2012

The kids were happy to be back
for their weekend respite at CWC.

The water park was so crowded with tourists
for the past two weeks
that they decided to forgo their weekly wakeboarding.

So when our contact from the park called
that the queue at the main lake was short
and most of the tourists had checked out…

We packed our bags
And the kids were excited for another CWC day.

As usual the park was teeming with tourists
both local and foreign…

The kids had a blast on the lake…

…and enjoyed the best food
that the park has to offer.

Indeed- CWC has become a tourist magnet
and is the miracle behind CamSur’s transformation
from being a laid back province
to a hip- top tourist destination in the country.

The queue at the Wake Park
gets very long later in the day...

(Photo above was taken a week ago, everything else were taken a 02/25/12)

...so we decided to be at the there at 8AM
when there are just few people around…
although with plenty of foreign tourists...

The kids were still able to enjoy the wakepark
on the leanest time of the day…

…at about 10 PM the tourists
and wake boarders started arriving,

…the queue got longer...
and longer…

…so we moved on to the Lago del Ray

…for interactive swimming…

…kayaking….

…. a pre- lunch lakeside barbecue …

…and off we went shortly before noontime
for lunch in Naga City…

Indeed, weekends are more fun in CamSur.
