By Canadian standards, it's a huge diversion from conservatism. I agree that it's very conservative, but I like this one. If you want simple, it gets far more so, a few blocks over. Bay-Adelaide Centre?

That is weird. MLS is slightly closer to the water and probably closer to where the photographer stood, but not by that much. I wouldn't have thought it enough to distort things this much. The elevation of the land that the buildings stand on would weigh into it as well. I would have thought that RBC stood on higher ground though.

MLS is south of the tracks, while RBC is quite a bit north. Imagine First Canadian Place on the waterfront, considering it's located on King street which is much further from the water, it would look gigantic.
