Does Cape Town have a height limit?

Nice projects btw. Cape Town sure is a beautiful city and will only get better in the future.

I just want to say that spending time in South Africa was one the greatest things ive ever done. I stayed with my sister there for a short while and I will never forget it. I love South Africa and always will.

There I said it...lol

Compliments of Coessa Holdings and myself... as you can see, it's getting to be quite exciting. Windows and sandstone precast cladding is now going up.

Height restriction is generally accepted at 120m but its more to do with sun angles and there are buildings over 120m but they were either built before the new restrictions or were allowed due to sun angle sbeing acceptable.
The city has not embraced the high rise issue well as its more of a sprawl city

Great design but it should be a bit taller than 19 floors.
