i might add this to world construction diagram. being just under 300m shame to leave it out. i was thinking anything over 295m.

it has alot to do with town planning. The sea level height or RL is a more accurate way of measuring a height of a skscraper especially if comparing to surrounding bldgs with a slopping landscape.
This might not be needed in a city like Dubai which is pretty flat. but in some citys like in sydney we have some streets that rise from 3m up to over 30m, so the bldgs height above sea level is very relevant in comparing.
anyway back to Emirates crown.

Every a discover more projects in Dubai, some of them are new, and the other are under construction, and I wonder how they can build all this huge projects at the same time.
