Also the design on top differs from renderings, with at least four similar balcony floors now.

Yeah, that's in my mind, too: if Torch gets the planned crown and spire, it will be 350m IMO - provided that the core is at upper floor now. But that's not so clear, because there's still formwork on top. So this one might even get taller in the end...

Btw. thanks a lot for this big Palm Jumeirah view, Altin! Have you made pics of the rest of the skyline from there, too?

This one is at around 300m now, probably something like 301m or something.

I think this is the last floorplate now. It also looks a bit wider?

Yes, the new formwork of the floors is different. according to the renders, this looks like a transition to the two upper floors with the peaking out edges to me. That would mean: two more levels!

Btw. some walls are thicker on lv82 than below.

They're secretly making it the tallest building in the world, will be 850 meters.

No now what I really think maybe they're not doing the crown because it's to complicated to construct or something and now decided to just make it some higher.

I think they're just building the top two floors, which are covered by the final white edge... I don't think they don't wanna build the crown - it's amazing and, considering the financial situation of the developer and the pace of construction, there would be no reason not to build it...

I don't think that there is a big differance between a debt of 60,000,000,000$ and a debt of 60,005,000,000$...

I count 80 floors above that podium but the podium is like 5 or 6 floors. How much of that will be above street grade?
