So many towers reaching for the sky. Hardly distinguishable from the rest of supertalls. Dubai truly a construction wonderland!

those are lights on spire turned down towards fin section? that makes sense. will light up the fins at night much like a torch?

I'd be very surprised if lights weren't going to be placed inside the glass spiral. I'm expecting some sort of colorful LED animation.

Final certification was given to the Torch today, so it is officially open as of today for full usage/rentals etc.
