looks like several new floors added around the core anyway. Could this be their strategy; build the core a specific amount in one push and then add floors and then repeat the process?

its still lev20 in core. although floors are up to 12 in frame work.
the core can zoom up to full height if they want and floors take there time. but this tower is defiantely building slower then other method Torch and 23marina are using.

even so the core is a pretty standard size for that sort of sized floor plate. I wonder if he thought the podium was the floor plate of the tower and that the tower was the core lol.

great shots. the floors are definately rising,looks like 14 now but core slow, maybe 21fl?
