Yeah, it's not as if "the tallest block on the planet" has been a well-kept secret all this time.

Maybe because the smaller bedroom have more privacy than the bigger one, is the Master Bedroom.

And Berlin is not a very expensive city in Europe.

(comparded to London, Paris, or Monte Carlo (probably the most expensive on earth))

But Princess and Emirates Crown standing not so close together as it appears. Princess Tower and Emirates Crown standing not in one line. Princess Tower is a bit closer to the road. So the perspective makes it looks so close...

Princess Tower, Emirates Crown and The Harbour, are all 3 on a 180m X 60m plot.

They are all very close... all 3 towers have about 60m x 60m podiums, all next to each other.

It look a bit closer to the road, because is bigger than the other 2, but the podiums are equal...

Look at these pictures from Dec 8th and may 27th 2008 . The main tower of princess sits at the front edge of the podium, Emirates Crown in the back edge of the podium:

Yes, all podiums are the same (@60x60m) and next to eachother.

But the main buildings are something like this:

(judging by your pictures)

I cannot see that princess is bigger. Just have a look at the last pic of the pics i posted before. Or look at this edited pic from AltinD (yellow = Emirates Crown main structure / red = princess tower main structure):

What is the price difference between the front and lateral appartements? Surely the windows to the side offer a very boring view whereas the front windows have a great panorama?

I think 10 - 20%

BTW the pic on Axel_F's post 655 quoted as mine, is not. I've neither took it nor post it.

Speaking about the site dimensions and the location of the tower within, I found what was posted before:

I change-it even before Altin's post, Your pictures where enough.

But I see the render is not acurate either... look like the main building is at the center of the podium, not on the corner, like in the plan (or real pictures).
