Wow great panorama Imre!!!

Was it taken from one of the Palm Islands?

And btw those towers on the right are lower but I think it really looks good because they're all the same. Because to look at one of these Dubai Marina towers is good but whole the block, with all those very different towers doesn't really look well. Unity is a good thing.

I'm looking forward to the construction of the dome. That should be very interesting.

What does that mean for the rest of the design? Did there change more details or even the height?..

The footprint has a slight setback, but only a couple of feet. The open corner area is balcony.

The floorplan on Tameer website indicated that all concrete front columns to continue throughout the penthouse section. Based on Imre's latest pictures this is not going to be the case!
Looks like there's going to be a huge window front on the sea-side of the tower, and the back. Right and left side have the column.

Friday is the best day in the week thanks to Imre's updates...

Doesn't mean much. I assume that the person who did this floor plan preview for the website just was lazy and copy/pasted the lower flor footprint.

What we see on Imre's pics is in line with the renders.

Or they belonged to the first design that was shorter.

I'll see if I can look it up ...

After reconfiguration on the 80th floor, the outer walls are a lot less thick based on the different floor plans. Makes sense since there is less weight on top.

As a result, rooms might be a bit brighter. That seemed to be a concern regarding Infinitiy Tower pics with quite thick outer walls to support the twisted structure.

I guess the setback between 79th floor footprint and 80th floor is exactly the difference in the width of the wall (about minus 30cm). Hence, the actual living space is the same on all floors.

If I'm right, the last visible floor of the core is 92, and has not gone up for a few weeks. The last visible main floor is 81 and currently picked up speed after reconfiguration doing 1floor/week.

For counting purpose: Penthouse section started with the 80th floor (service flor below is 79th).
