whoops, you're right!
i thought the 1st new floor is 81st and counted up to the first floor behind the core framework...

Wikipedia is probably wrong. Remember that , that information is coming from the same site that says the Port Tower in Karachi is u/c.

Design is much smoother at the upper tier.
Btw. I think that finally in June the core has risen, too... under the top framework, floor 95 (lower penthouse) is underway, up to 352.1 m.

Marina101 might very well surpass it one day.

For sure, as Marina 101 is still much faster, and one more floor is no big news there. But both towers should reach crown levels this summer, and the rising could stop for a while then.

Princess Tower's dome starts at 376.5 m (or 375.8 m on plan).... that's more than Marina 101 under the huge "mountain-like" crown, isn't it? From the plans and renders, I'd say 360 m for the latter already...

So the change of the actual tallest could be temporary only, maybe in July: if Marina 101 moves straight to top floor with about 4 days/floor, while the PT core needs 2-3 weeks for each penthouse/service floor. But if later Marina 101 deals mainly with cladding for a few months, Princess Tower could take over the lead again.

Princess has gone up one floor. The last visible main slab is 83rd as far as I can see...
