It's Google SketchUp. You can download the free version online. We're learning how to use SketchUp right now in architecture so we're required to pay the $50 for the Pro version.

And malec, nice detailing. You could have a future in this.

this is a nice building with i scary pencil thin of a body....certainly tall like you may expect from the lego building, skyscraper masters of Dubai....but only 400meter for a building with over 100 fls....what gives on that?

This tower has an unusually large number of underground floors if I remember correctly. That's why the hole is so deep.

If I well remember: 7 of them.

BTW this tower will be build with steel beams and a reinforced concrete, central core, same as Rose Rotana Hotel in SZR. Even the contractors are the same: ZETAS (piling/shoring), ACC (main contractor), GROCON (core specialist).

that are more Underground floors as in the Old WTC. it had 6 as far as i know

Good to hear. That should mean that we will also see the speed of Rose Rotana once the basement floors and podium are done.
