Now there's technical equipment up there... I'd say air conditioning. Also the first "crown spike" is in place, and cladding of the round roof section has started, too.

those are not chillers. the dome will be rented by 234Sale, and his crew have already begun to install the sound equipment.

yes and no. IMO it's really down to those ultra outdated tiles. with modern wall panels the kitchen cabinets and counter tops would look half way decent. still not great but at least not like from back in grandma Sophie's times.

tiles: outdated
cabinets: ok (polished metal stove hood and fridge still missing in this pic)
counter tops: up-to-date

so replace the tiles by wall panels, add some indirect light, and you'll find yourself in a modern+ok+up-to-date score kitchen following the scoring scheme above. and no, I know, it won't make it the most luxurious one either but ok.

Seriously, we are living in 2010's and that's the world tallest residential building. Still the kitchen looks like it is from a cheap soviet-era apartment.

Here in Scandinavia this is a standard kitchen in a normal 5-storey block of flats.

Most rich people tear out standard furnishings and put in their own. Why should the developer waste the money on expensive counter-tops and sinks, just to have it ripped out when the owner moves in?

also lets not forget, the price per square meter (about 2000 Euro) is a lot less than a 5-star accomodation in major European cities in prime location.

You know... With all these supertalls so close together, I wonder if you could play catch with a neighbour from the balconies. Or even... Football?
