I don't think this one will ever gonna get build, there is a nice shopping mall there, opened, there is all landscaped public square and metro station underneath

From the looks of the site, it appears as if the base of the complex already provides for the towers to be built. Look at the picks provided by zorg, you see the podium/base is built and fully functional mall, with the u/c tower for R3 I presume is just now popping out, similar to R2 as well.

Should this be the case for the last two, and most important, towers that the support structure is already there - then we have nothing to worry about with regard to the mall and subway station. :..
