thnx zorg.

i think they chose the wrong cladding for the opera house. The renders looked better. Hopefully with the lights that will shine on it, it will look better.

3 "landmark towers" will be built in Chaotianmen, still unknown design, height, etc. Chaotianmen transformation project has a budget of 1.5 billion dollar, being PYI Corporation (Hong Kong) the main developer.

New images of Chongqing Guoxing Jiangshan project, aka Tianyuan Redevelopment. Opposite to Congqing Tiandi / Jialing Fanying project.

3x66 floors, easily above 250m. We used to think that this project would have only 2 big towers. All towers are likely to be residential, so we shouldn't be too optimistic about the heights.

Concept of the masterplan

Preliminar design for 1 of the 3 66 floor towers

Tons of HD renders of Jiangbei New City CBD. Almost every design is still concept, including the 3 supertalls. This is a long term masterplan.

what does concept proposal mean? i see it so often on this forum.

and its good that thats a long term plan, first CQ should build and stabalize the central part and then move across the river. the renders look really good though.

Concept plan means that they are just unspecific proposals or masterplans showing a vague result, not the actual design. You can see tons of renders all the time showing projects that haven't been truly designed, they just show the "effect" outcome. Problem is that sometimes these renders are so detailed that we think they are final designs, hehe.
