Height is unknow. Btw, that render doesn't seem to have more than 65-70f. Probably it's only a conceptual design. The figure of 88f is surely true though, source:

for question #1, the design is actually very similar to the HK airport and the Beijing Terminal 3. All terminals are actually connected underground by automatic people mover. (driver-less train)
