Need help identifying a building

Long story short, I had an odd dream last night and the last thing that happened was me coming out of an alleyway and looking up at a building. The building looked sort of like this...

I know this is a ridiculous picture but it's got the basic form.

I had to lean my head back a good ways just to get a look at it. I was in what seemed like a large city with other skyscrapers. This one was the only building that i focused on or could see any detail. I only saw the upper 1/4 or so of the building, I never looked down to it's base. There was a main frame to the building with a smaller frame that occupied a few floors on top of it. On top of the second frame was a dome. It may have been tinted or colored but all I remember is that it was kind of bright or reflective.

In my dream I was holding a child that I 'knew' in my dream was Israeli. Although no one told me and I didn't see anything else that identified the area as being middle eastern. It was just one of those unconscious assumptions that I knew the baby was not mine and Israeli. So my thinking is that the building could be somewhere in the middle east, if it exists at all. But I've been looking for it everywhere. I haven't found much so I thought that this forum could help.

Thanks for everyone's time and suggestions.

I've looked at the State Tower in Bangkok but the dome seemed too small and I think I would have remembered it's shape. It's far too wide.

I looked at the Wachovia Tower as well but it's dome runs into the rest of the skyscraper too much, the one I saw was more seperate.

The Dome of the Rock, although not a skyscraper, could be a possibility. I remember the building being tall but it could have be related to the symbolic/religious nature of the building. Though I think I would have noticed some of it's distinctive properties.
