^ I have no idea what they're named, and the proposal has been changed since I created that rendering. You'd need to lookup the City Report on their website for more details.

Those are part of Fort York Neighbourhood. Only a few are based on the actual architectural designs of the proposed buildings. Most are just based on densities shown in some of the FYN maps I've seen.

Depending on how tall some of the remaining buildings from Liberty Village are, there may be additional towers to the west visible from the lake as well.
