Perhaps in NBA Playoff contention, but definitely not in supertall development.

youve got an inside look at them? can you give specific heights? does it really look at that ******* good? hopefully the designs compliment eachother, thats probably the most important thing besides height.

Well, I could argue with you here, but I won't go there

I actually can't wait for these buildings to be released, there's no doubt that they'll impress. I'm planning a trip to NYC either the coming summer or in 2 years time (one of these is definite), looking forward to seeing these (and the freedom tower) rise in person

Ive been spending some time on emporis checking out the world leaders in high rise statistics, and booms. Quite contrary to popular belief, NYC is among the boom leaders.

the city with the most UC highrisebuildings is Sao Paulo with over 700 buildings over 12F. but they're not really tall.

Hey Carlos!

Good to be back.

I tried posting last night, but the server had problems.

Glad to have the new X2 dual core PC.

Now if only SSC could upgrade to the X2 dual core, then perhaps the speed improvement could benefit us all.

Yeah you're pretty hot.

... and it seems like its all glass. Apparently Foster wanted to go with exposed polygonal structurals like in the Hearst building but someone (ahemsilversteinahem) shot it down and made him go all glass.

In my opinion, it will fit in with 1WTC better that way.

ive had this type of signature a number of times before, but it changes weekly cause i usually get bored of them. i liked yours alot and i figured i could use it to spread it around this site a little bit so ppl notice. its not there for long.

its ironic though that 'nyc being down and out' is something ive said over 100 times. touche!
