Elleven South interior photos?

Any current Elleven dwellers have any photos of the interior of their homes? As a hopeful future Luma resident, it would be nice to view some real-life examples of the interior of the spaces. Undoubtedly, based on what is on display in the South sales office, all of the layouts will look amazing, but just for reference... (-:

Is this building ready to move into or is it still under construction?

Here are some interior shots, furnished. This is a one bedroom, with one glass partition done by the builder and another pocket-door partition done later.

These photos are SO inspiring. I'm sure the styling trends will translate themselves into the other buildings' residences as well.

I love the pics you've provided. Your sense of interior styling & seems to parallel my own; Very clean, unobstructed & modern, (partly due to the place being a work-in-progress, I'm sure), lots of dark wood tones, with a few conplimenting accents for contrast. Good job!

But viewing the photographs definitely help to further cement my resolve to live in one of the South developments.

11 has long since been complete (since April I believe).

Thanks, DNATH. I think the South building designs are complimentary to a clean aesthetic, definitely.

Additionally, should you decide to forego the builder's installation of the flexwall partitions, you can work directly with the same subcontractor they use. Since I wanted something different, I did that for the pocket wall adjacent to the kitchen as I wanted the dark wood to match the kitchen's finish exactly. The company is Constructavision , and they did a terrific job.

And by the way, if anyone has a recommendation for a good small-job contractor that can handle framing, drywall and electrical, please let me know! (I am considering doing a very slight drop from the ceiling to define the living area.)

Hi Dan,

Sorry for the delayed response, but I finally got around to measuring the space today.

Mine was advertised as 945 sf, and the actual (interior wall to interior wall) measurement came in at 890 sf. So slightly less (it's never more, is it?) but given the original estimated square footage is likely figured from the wall's center line, this difference (around 6%?) is acceptable to me.

Is that pretty much standard?
