New email I just received from Bob Ellis; head architect of the Pinnacle on Main: The Pinnacle website is partially updated. Hopefully by the end of the week it will be more developed. I cannot comment more until I meet again with the owners who out of town until the end of next week.

Now it says on their website three of the residential are sale pending and I guess three are either for sale or already sold; whichever the green means. It's under sales.

I missed your inside scoop at UP. So glad to be in the know again with you! I'm glad you shared, I would have never known.

Anyway, can you imagine... Our new Peacock hotel should begin in September, the Camperdown should begin by year's end, and this in the third quarter of this year!!! We just needed time for our towers to start and now they SHOULD be going up at the same time!!!

I hope we can count on the time tables for this and other projects this time. But it sounds more promising than the past...

So, then I read the Greenville Developments thread and the Camperdown sounds like it's not quite ready? Hmmm, Oh well, I'm glad the Pinnacle is making progress. It will have more impact on our visible skyline anyway

Thank you very much for that "hint". I started getting worried that the cycle was never going to end and that they might be aiming for 2010 start date... but then again, maybe prices will have gone down and I could buy one when I get out of college...

The amenties section on the pinnacle on main's website is now updated too. On a side note, Greenville why does your thing say your location is Charleston, SC if you live in Greenville?

Interesting glass (?) walls around the corners of the pool in the Pinnacle Club. I certainly hope there's more room to walk around the pool than what's shown in the video though. That could be a problem otherwise. All-in-all, it looks pretty nice.
