This is the new look and facade, its more blue then black but its very nice, the ground floor looks great.

This building started construction a long time ago but the previous owner had some troubles and sold the building to a private company and now its UC.

Wait a minute I didn't know SinCity was the one who started the sarajevo threads, wo never paid attention to that.

Postavljanje estriha

Radove na postavljanju estriha izvode radnici "EURO-ASFALT"-a, koji su, zbog obima posla, angažovali kooperantske firme. Ukupna površina koju je potrebno obložiti estrihom iznosi 60.000 metara kvadratnih.

"Dnevno naši radnici završavaju 500 metara kvadratnih estriha. Mi, pratimo završetak radova na postavljanju instalacija grijanja, preko kojih se, nakon testiranja cijevi pod pritiskom, postavlja estrih", kaže Hamed Ramić, generalni direktor "EURO-ASFALTA".

Trenutno se estrisi postavljaju na 14. i 15. spratu BCC-ja. Iz mašine koja se naziva "puc-majstor", a nalazi se u prizemlju objekta, cijevima se na visinu od 80 metara izbacuje specijalna masa za estrihe, sastavljena od pijeska, cementa, polipropilenskih vlakana i aditiva. Ova masa se nanosi na prethodno postavljenu termičku izolaciju (stiropor), preko kojega je navučena polietilenska folija.

"Dinamika i kvalitet radova odvijaju se po zacrtanom planu. Veliko mi je zadovoljstvo surađivati s Bosmalom. Jer, mi smo na Bosmal City Center-u postavljali i hidroizolaciju na krovovima", kaže Hamed Ramić.

Potpisan Ugovor vrijedan 50 miliona KM

Predstavnici Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad i HVB Central profit banke, Nove banjalučke banke i Bosmala d.o.o. tokom ceremonije potpisivanja Ugovora

"Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad i HVB Central profit banka još ranije su postigle dogovor o zajedničkom finansiranju dovršenja građevinskih radova na Bosmal City Center-u, nakon kojega je slijedila veoma komplikovana procedura bankovnog dogovaranja. U Kuala Lumpuru je potpisan opšti ugovor o sindikaciji, dok se sutra (utorak, 8.8.2006.) u Sarajevu, u sjedištu HVB Central profit banke potpisuje kreditni ugovor između Bosmala d.o.o., HVB Central profit banke i Nove banjalučke banke o zajedničkom finansiranju Bosmala d.o.o.", izjavio je Edin Šabanović, izvršni direktor Bosmala d.o.o.

U izgradnju Bosmal City Centra Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad do sada je investirala ukupno 100 miliona KM i to je najveće strano greenfield ulaganje u BiH. Dodatnih 50 miliona KM upotrijebiće se za završetak Bosmal City Center-a, prvog kondominijuma u ovom dijelu Europe.

tomorrow am moving back to my grandmothers house so now its faster for me to go to dobrinja and post pictures and projects. Tomorrow I will go from alipasino to energoinvest and take pictures of the main road buildings, there is this one building that was started last year and now its almost finished its in black glass and it has blue glass as well its hella cool, so I will get all that tomorrow and hopefully post it as well....There are about 7 old austrian buildings being renovated in the marshall tito street, um what else can I tell you guys o yea avaz is publishing every day that they need ppl with tourms and hotel experience to work in avaz....I guess now their are half hotel half business center, it also says they have 800 rooms...pretty intereting. Well thats all for now, I will try my best to post a lot of pictures these upcoming days, but next week on thursday am gonna go crazy on this thread since am going back to NYC where I can stay up all night on BROADBAND internet and post things in seconds....

well yea thats all....like I said am gonna try my best to post pictures tomorrow if not tomorrow then wednesday.
