NYC: 15 Central Park West - 168m / 550 ft

The building is designed to look like the buildings around it although its currently under construction. possibly to make it seem as if its been built for decades like the ones around it.

The Tower of 15 CPW: 35 stories - 168m / 550 ft.
The House of 15 CPW: 19 stories - 70m / 231 ft.

I love it. It fits in seemlessly. It really is characteristic of the area and Im looking forward to seeing it rise.

I had caught a quick glimpse of it as I was running for the subway (two weeks ago), yet, I have been in Manhattan every weekend and I will honestly admit that I just don't take any time out of my very busy schedule for it.

very cool!

I like the "old style" design of it. It fits in nicely with the area. Plus its pretty tall!

Thanks Spooks...great project, really!

A bit more glassy than it's older counterparts, but full marks. Yes, PoMo lives on.

Folks, what you are looking at is one of the highest grossing residential in the world.

They've already exceeded $1 billion in sales, with a target of $1.8 billion at the end of sales. There are billionaire tycoons and A-list celebrities that have already bought into the building.

The penthouse was sold last year for $45 million.

A modern glass tower looming over the park would not be good in my opinion. Classic buildings clad in limestone go well.
