News | Elite Tower

..is now Elite Towers
Elite tower (prop 80 FL) has officially been split into two towers
one office tower and a taller residences tower of 60 FL
the Elite residences according to the developers will still hold the tallest res. title

different architects, different uses, different heights and different positions

According to the article, this is still far away.
Apparently nobody really wants to buy the lot because of all the demolition and restoration works required on the site.

Yerushalmi, can you please start writing in English? You don't have the excuse of not knowing English well as we have already seen you post many times demonstrating fluent English.

He said "The location of the tower is excellent. There is always high demand for Ramat- Gan, so if they solve the problems and lower the requirements that probably scare investors by demolishing the propoerty and selling a lot that is ready for construction many will be interested"
