why do so many ppl in dubai say its half done when it isnt even a 3rd done, do they mean the floors are half done, not including the spire

although the mighty BurjD suits Dubai perfectly. i could se it rising near central park in NYC or near SWFC in Shanghai. doesnt mean its a bland design, far from it.I think its the quintesessential tall building. the ultimate skyscraper design if you will.it will be remembered like the ESb or Chrysler, Woolworth etc.
a bldg for its time. from 500m to 800m is such a big leap.real ground breaking.
