God Bless Malmö and all the people who want to invest in the city with all this massive construction, cocky designs and anti-jante law spirit...

That's soooooo cool! It may not have to many high buildings but everything is so clean and modern, I bet those are evironment friendly buildings, the marinas look so good as the design of the towers... I wanna go there! It's much more interesting than all those Dubai projects to me...

Some good news.

This tower has been proposed in the Malmo region.
108 meters and 30 floors.

Kind of reminds me of the CCTV HQ in Beijing.

those are some amazing proposals, I guess the bar is set so high that nothing else will do. I hope to see updates on these soon.

A height increase has been proposed by the constructor and the architects of the Malmo Tower, from 180 meters to 200-220 meters. It's up to the politicians to decide now...

Wow, terrific projects! Nice to see that the Turning Torso will get some companions. It must be great driving over that bridge and seeing that skyline in the (near) future. The low rise architecture is daring, colorful and basically high quality.

Chilenofuturista,
No news yet, It's up to the politicians I guess. I've heard some mixed opinions from those who make the calls - some want the Hyllievang to be a low-rise only area (but that's already to late), and some like the idea of building tall (problem is though, the seem to be obsessed by these outstanding landmarks instead of forming a nice cluster).

Anyway, I think we'll know pretty soon. I'm of course hoping for a nice 200m+ tower too.

Tackar så mycket för informationen.

I also hope it'll become at least 200 m.
