I'm moving to London ...help!
In a couple of days I'll be moving to London for further study at LSE. I've been accepted in one of the university halls near Liverpool Street tube station, but am keeping my options open for private renting.
A few questions for Londoners: 1. What are the best/most convenient areas in Central London to live in that's close to LSE and reasonably affordable? I'm thinking of Holborn, Chancery Lane, Embankment, Soho. And what are the rent charges I should expect for, say, a single studio or a shared flat? 2. Any websites or agents anyone can recommend? Thanks! |

Try posting this in the UK Skybar as more people tend to view that forum. ![]() I believe that there is already a thread there from an American almost moving to London, albeit with a larger budget. In the meantime, check out Prime Location |
