I think people are supposed to start moving in this year on the lower floors; I'm not sure when the entire building will be ready though.

Here's a picture I took today (August, 30 2006) from the Dain Rauscher Plaza.

With this and the skyscape the skyline will look a lot better.

Now lets hope the Nicollet gets worked out!
