I think it's 140m to roof, 149m to spire, although I'm not sure if/when the spire is going up.

I've renamed this thread as 140m. Sorry, but I have to go with what's listed on SkyscraperNews.com. If you can prove the tower is higher, please provide some kind of reference and then I'll edit the thread title again.

Cheers, if you're coming over wait until Alexandra tower is finished (far left on second to last picture) then the waterfront is going to look amazing as both towers compliment each other. And when you do come don't forget to go on the famous Mersey Ferry as it gives you a fantastic view of the whole city skyline!

Wow, great project; love the shape and cladding. Liverpool is really re-inventing itself.

Actual Height

According to the plans in Millennium House the max height above ground level (AGL) is 125M. The original plan for 2 x 10M spires has been cancelled.
The 140M quoted by some sources is possibly the Above Ordinance Data (AOD) height. The ordinate is the sea level at Newlyn in Cornwall. I suppose this data level is used for mountain peaks, but the height above street level is the relevant one, I believe.
The Beacon is also 125M, the Anglican Cathedral is 101M, The RLB is 98M (including the birds), Beetham Tower is 90M. Unity Building is 84M, the Alexander Tower will be 88M.
