its not that bad actually, it has an impact on the skyline, might not be something very very modern but its ok. It's called Burj Rizk

isn't that the one next to the concord theatres in hamra? if it is, then its just a plain office building and it has like a mini-bazaar things going once u go through the entrance (on the left side of the building)... i've been in it.

Its an office building but like Lebgurl said the underground levels are the Concord theater, and the first levels are the Monoprix supermarket... Zara store also connects... its a major complex with restaurants, etc. right on Verdun St.
