lolll.. this building looks really ugly, it reminds me of a power plant with all those pipe lookin balconies..

It's facing the Sanayeh Park in Beirut. A very nice area with nice buildings surrounding it.

This is the Rizk Tower Built in 1974 in Achrafieh.

This is Concorde Centre, not in Hamra, it is between Verdun and Sanayeh. It was built in the early 70's

This Building is located near Sanayeh corner rue Emile Edde and rue de Rome. It was built by the Soviets in 1974-1975 and finished in the late 70's, It used to be the Narodny Bank tower.

It's remarkable it didnt sustain any war damage...or did it and was it renovated?

Yes it did, however it was mostly broken glass. It looks in a much better condition than when I saw ity the last time in 1991
