The shots on the "catwalk" were made by my surveying companion, who was standing on a small steel platform (3 by 4 meters), which was fixed in a door opening of the same level. In the pic below you can see me standing on this platform (this time on Level 47) with the total station, enjoying the nice views but ready for stake out.


The other pic was made by another belgium surveying engineer (Etienne), who was standing on the already finished part of the same level.

hmm, im a bit confused, should this be classified as a observation tower type structure or a skyscraper? Imo its not a real SKyscraper.

Who said that this is an observation tower? It's not an observation tower. It's going to have a hotel along with more other 'stuff'...
