For those who do not know, it's not the tallest anymore (the 850ft PBcom Tower surpassed it back in 2000). It is currently the third tallest in the country.
Here's a better pic:  It's the tall one third to the left. And the building in the background just to the right of it, is the current tallest. 7.5 for me. |

8.5/10...I like this one! It's base is interesting, the big patch of glass facade is great, while leaving some room for the rest of the building to appear. Great colors too.
