Boring despite an attempt at creating some original shape, it failed.
Cladding is so-so and definitely not original at all.

5/10 Not a fan at all. From the box angle its ok but the front has too much happening and looks like a mess to me

It had good intentions, but was a disaster...what happens when you try to transform International style and meld it with Futurist without paying for it...it definitely has elements to its benefit...however it gets me dizzy, I keep trying to relax my eyes to see the sailboat ;-)

5.5/10 (which is above 50% people, you guys tear apart a building then give it a 7)!!!
