I agree but his posts are useless and offer very little if any insight into the discussions that have taken place

Barton Group have just had an amendment to the permit approved. Height will stay the same but there will be apartments included in part of the top three service levels.

This is a good sign that the proposal is not dead.

i dunno. im just feel like this one will never happen. wasnt it basically sold out 2 years ago?
if it hasnt gotten up in years, when other projects are sprouting up around it like wildflowers, i doubt its ever going to happen... not in its current form anyway.

We would like to express our gratitude for the patience and loyalty shown by all purchasers of Barton Tower apartments. We have been faced with some delays brought about by changing banking conditions though we have been working night and day on a resolution. Thankfully we are nearing the end of the hard work and are preparing to move forward. We will keep you informed of the progress.

In the mean time, please have a happy Xmas 2015, we will be in touch.
Faithfully,

The Barton Team
Should I update the prediction and add a few years!!

Ask Tony Abbott that.

You obviously don't watch the news or notice the quotation marks.

I watch/read the news.

You look at pictures and bold quotations in the Herald Sun.

According to the contracts I believe the work has to be completed by 2013. I don't believe this is possible anyway. Does anyone have anymore news?

Thanks

I don't think its possible either. I bought one too, and I'm looking to get my lawyer to see any possibility of compensation. Is this worth waiting, or should I opt out getting barton tower apartment?
