Little bit boring...
Why are there no big towers except Horizon on the left side of the Marina...
only 20 floors all the time!

along the marina lake itself there won't be any supertalls, just in the upper marina

the focus is on these 20 to 30 floor buildings like marina diamond, but we also have taller towers around 150m:
time place, horizon tower, manchester tower, marinascape, la riviera, al majara

but don't worry, we still have some 100 plots to be built up. among these i'm sure there will be more 30 floor towers

So Marina Heights has definetly a prime location when you want a tower in the Marina...
Well Manchester ok is on the very left side, so there are very tall towers...

Cannot wait to see the remaining 100 plots being built up..
Is there any plan or estimated date when the Marina is completely finished?

i guess it will take until 2009.
the whole project should be completed by then. not only towers but also the whole landscaping work, which will be started after many towers have been completed. otherwise the dust and trucks would destroy it again!

Yes i noticed that when i've been there...you can see the landscape a little bit, when driving to the marina from intersection ... 5 it is i think.
When you tun left and near the old Marina Towers, there are some green places with palms and so on...

Although still boring, these diamonds keep getting better, marina diamond 4 is my fav of all 4. I have a question, tho: If they have enough money to buy 4 big pieces of land like these in Dubai Marina couldnt they build something bigger and more interesting for once.

just counted diamond 4 and it has at least 17 floors not counting the podium which has two more.

construction on 3 and 4 has not yet started!

not sure about 2 though
the lower marina area where diamond 2 is, there is heavy construction going on, while in the heart of the marina there are still many free plots where construction has not yet started

at least no construction photos of 2 exist so far!

i would definitely say 1,3,4

2 is in the lower marina and you don't have any lake view at all

the other 3 will have partial lake views, check the map
