Yes, the name of that tower is Torre de Cristal, and it will allocate a garden on the top. In that video you can see how the trees of the garden have arrived there!

Looks really good. But 4 towers don't make a skyline, Madrid would need to add more tall buildings to have a cool skyline

Madrid already has well over half a dozen other tall buildings and structures (Torrespaña 231 m, Torre Picasso 156 m, Torre de Madrid 142 m, Torre Europa 120 m, Edificio España 117 m, Torre de Colón 116 m, Torres KIO 114 m × 2, Torre BBVA 108 m, Ministry of Commerce Building 100 m, Torre de Valencia 94 m, Telefónica Building 88 m, Torre M-30 88 m, Torre Mahou 85 m, Condado de Treviño nº2 84 m, Entrerríos Apartments 82 m, Edificio Torres Blancas 81 m, ...). If all of them were clustered together with the CTBA, the resulting skyline would easily rival those of Paris-La Defense and Frankfurt's Mainhattan.

The problem is they are mostly scattered and far between all around the city (AZCA, Plaza de España, Plaza de Castilla, Plaza de Colón, etc.), with mile-range distances from one small group to the other, instead of clustered together in one area. The CTBA (located in the extreme northern part of Madrid, not at all near the city heart) is like 1 mile north from the nearest office highrises (Torres KIO), which themselves are about 1 mile north from AZCA (the main business district), which itself is like 2 miles north from the main part of the city (where you can find several groups of tall buildings along a more-or-less east-to-west axis, but again with mile-range distances between them). Only when looking towards the city from a high and far away viewpoint one can appreciate its full skyline.

High-res images on demand.
A bit out of date, but I like to add them here.

I can't wait to be in Madrid, August 26-30 to finally see these buildings in person. What are the chances of the remaining cranes being down by then? How do I get there by public transit from the Santa Ana area? Thanks.

Take the Metro. Line 1 from Sol to Plaza de Castilla, where Torres Kio are located. From there you have a nice walk (5-10 minutes) to the towers.

The closest Metro to CTBA is Begoña though, 2 stops from Plaza de Castilla taking the Line 10.
