The four towers won't be alone for much time, Operación Chamartín has been approved today.

http://www.munimadrid.es/portal/site...00dc0ca8c0RCRD

10,953 M€ for the urbanization and infrastructures, including a new metro line, a new "Cercanías" line, the North bypass of the M-30, the "new" Chamartín station, etc.

3.3 millions of m2, including 1.2 for offices.

Pics (by me, of course) of this week. All four buildings are visually finished. Still some work to do at zero level all around the complex, and some months to finish inside office levels in two of the towers (Foster-Repsol and Pelli-Cristal):

Some renders of Operación Chamartín from Urbanity.es. There are the heights of the last planning made four years ago, it could be changed:

1 X 55 fl. oficces. Between 250 and 270 m.
3 X 40 fl. oficces. Between 180 and 200 m.
4 X 35 fl. 3 office buildings, between 160 and 180, 1 apartment building between 130 and 150.
3 X 30 fl. oficces. Between 130 and 150 m.
1 X 25 fl. oficces. Between 110 and 130 m.
2 X 22 fl. apartments. Between 80 and 90 m.
1 X 20 fl. oficces. Around 100 m.
3 buidings without limit of floors: 2 skyscrapers about 250 m. and another highrise around 100 m.

Chamartín district will have 25 towers with 100 m. or more:

+- 10 towers with 200 m. or more (included CTBA)
+- 15 towers between 100 and 200 m. (included CICCM, Metrovacesa Tower, Oncisa Towers and BBVA headquarters)
