Our villa is right behind the Juma Mosque and currently that area is empty so hopefully it will be built.
In terms of the names:
JP C 4V = Jumeirah Park section 'C' 4bedroom villa
JP E 3VS= Jumeirah park section 'E' 3 bedroom villa small (No family room upstairs)

Am planning to look for a 4 BR / 5 BR villa, near the Mosque (hoping it gets built in days ahead) and this info will help when I speak to agents

Hi all JP's,,, I work in real estate and I go there 3 to 4 times a week to take photos for clients and I took a 8 min video that I uploaded to youtube,, but from what I see and you'll see in the video L3VL is done and painted - Q3VS almost done but not painted yet - F3VS painted - C3VS painted - I4V - J4V - K4V - L4V - M4V all painted and locked - so they are ready to deliver soon.

TAGUY, I went there but I couldn't get inside it wasn't easy, some times they are very strict there, so I took some photos from the outside as you can see In PIC1,, D3VS - to the right side - still grey but its better than E3VS - to the left - and I didn't see any body working there but the very next section which is C3VS is already painted in yellow and some villas in beige and black or dark blue ready as you can see in PIC2 and PIC5

I've been to the site many times. I've found a way to get inside without any issue. Only the package 2 is still a bit difficult.

I have around 200 pictures for each package but don't how to upload.

I can send by email if somebody wants to know the status of his villa.

But I am wondering when they will start the construction of the community center (shopping mall, schools, mosque...). Don't think the whole community will be completed before 2014.

hi Ash, thanx a lot for your pictures and your help. that is exactly what i saw when i went there in september. actually the left side in pic 1 is D line (D is not the right side but the left side). as you can see , they even did not put any roofs or painting , only shape of the roof we can see...the first villas of the D line have windows frames but in the end of line D, the last 4 villas (among which mine belongs) have neither windows frames nor roofs . i am really wondering how they can finish in may 2012 as they have announced.....

i think they are very late for D cluster but at the same time, they can not release C sector if they did not complete D sector. this is the only thing that gives me courage......

After thinking more, i think you are right , the right side of pic 1 is D line...sorry boss for my mistake. unfortunately we can not see the end of the line D, but as i saw when i went there the end of line D villas have no roofs, no windows frames...etc the villas in the end of the line D (and my villa is among them) looks like E sector you can see in the front from the road.....that is what i saw when i was there

No problem, I know its a bit confusing but yes the right row in the first photo is D - I think it will be ready in phase 2 by the third quarter of 2012
