Looks like the second double-row of slots will appear on both faces. There also appears to be a membrane of some sort in the middle of the wind turbine rectangle. Need telephoto shot in good lighting to confirm.

I am placing my money on Design A. We will find out within two weeks I guess.

Thought those rows of slats would be on all three sides of the building. The shortest side obviously can't have more than two rows as we can see in that photo. It would look best to me if that side had just 1 row. Tallest side shown in the Design B elevation render looks good with three rows. The middle height side shown in the wind tunnel photo looks fine with 2 rows. It would look consistent to do 1, 2, 3, but I'm sure it will be fine whatever they chose to do. Wind tunnel tests are probably dictating that choice.

Thanks for clearing this up. You are correct that there are three sides at the top and it makes sense that taller sides have more slotted panels.

Here is recent date photo showing the wind turbine 'membrane'. Need a closeup!

The individual buildings look pretty nice, but i still think there is a lack of synergy between the buildings, the skyline as a whole just looks óff'.
Its not very eye pleasing.

I apologize if this has been answered before, as I haven't followed this specific thread consistently, but are those open rectangles on every mech floor block going to be closed, or remain open?

I agree. There are a lot of buildings in the Shanghai skyline that have poor visual scaling, and don't look properly proportioned for human occupation.

I dare to guess that, because of the peculiar shape of the building, the platforms for washing the windows cannot be hauled down from just the roof. The dimensions of those holes look about right.
