Shanghai Tower: Opening of the greatest library in the world, China.

Shanghai in the highest building, the Eslite group, based in Taiwan, decided to open a bookstore. Known for its flagship store in Taipei, 24-hour 24, the group announced the opening for the second quarter of the year. This will also be the arrival of Chinese institutions, since another will open in Suzhou. The chairman of Eslite, Mercy Wu, says that, for now, the model will not be declined in Taiwan, and that the company favors the Chinese market. It's in the Shanghai Tower, the tallest building in the country - the skyscraper measuring 121 floors - it becomes established. Mounted on 650 meters high, the building is still under construction and should be completed by the end of 2014. The library will be placed in the 52nd and 53rd floors, with space on the first basement for sale lifestyle-oriented products and exhibition of cultural and creative works. Since the two stores in Suzhou and Shanghai will be launched, the group plans to open two new stores each year, and expand its sphere of influence in Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shenzhen. Everyone will be integrated into shopping centers or in business districts of different Chinese cities. Due to the popularity of digital reading in China, many observers emit strong reservations about the sustainability of the company Eslite the territory. The country has been a turning point, a few weeks ago, while both players Tencent and Shanda Literature moved closer to form a marketing platform for digital books extraordinary. Shanda Literature is one of the largest retailers of ebooks in China - through their Qidian store. In other words, Qidian could integrate services of Tencent, and largely surpass supply Kindle China. It would be expected that the Qidian mark disappears within Tencent: it should continue to operate its own. Similarly, the rules of censorship prevalent in the Middle Kingdom are not without question the real freedom of trade which will enjoy the brand. Eslite is indeed known for offering, Taiwan, a wide selection of Chinese and foreign publications, not necessarily the taste of the Party authorities. The library will have an area of 600 m2, and since June 2013 the Eslite group waiting to settle there, no doubt that the last times are particularly long.

I'm excited to see how the hotel will turn out since I've never heard of this hotel company before. I wonder why Four Seasons was booted out?

Yet at present, the construction took place environmental studies, which confirmed that the new tower will be a truly "green" object - used in the construction of environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving technologies applied. Inside the tower will house luxury offices, shopping and entertainment centers, cultural centers. Necessarily in a tower there is a place of great restaurants and five star hotels. In addition, the Shanghai Tower will be connected to the underground branch of the Shanghai Metro. On three underground levels of parking will be located.

Crazy to think that that is more or less the height of the Empire State Building, and you can look down on it in this way.

Can anyone explain exactly what this is? Previous rumors of a helipad has been ruled out.

Is some kind of video display included in the crown structure? Or is it "only" LED lights display?
