The podium isn't located on that side, so it must be something temporory I guess. Also all the walls at the other side of the circular plate aren't for the podium, so I'm wondering what they are for...

I swear, I have never seen a wind tunnel test model of a skyscraper THAT big. That's as tall as a two story building! Even the Burj model wasn't that monstrous. I mean, you could test small airplanes in that tunnel.

They are using Manhattan towers for comparison because they usually are the most known towers in the World, many people have been to NYC and it's even more impressive when you actually know the real size of the tower in comparison.

Are there any details on the techniques they are useing at the moment for constructing the foundations? I've never seen this kind of technique before...

It appears the it is already used in other construction sites in China anyway we'll see more clearly in 6 months ..it's quite similar to the old one

Ive been to NY and stood next to crysler and that was huge!! Now I just need to image in TWICE the size
