Look like a construction site...
I think it's going to be part of Skyline Mansion. From what I know 2 more buildings same as the others, 1 is already rising as we speak.

Hmm but the problem is they need to clean up those buildings .Even swfc which is so new is looking so dirty now as if it were 100 years old thanks to all the carbon particles that have settled onit

Anyway lets not quibble about it .I just wanted to maek a positive suggestion To make the skyline even more beautiful which would fascinate a skyscraper buff like me even more SORRY for the not so well researched comment from my side

It received a nice "bath" after construction finished and will continue to be clean; they have several full time window washers, as is the case with many other Shanghai skyscrapers.

SWFC willobviously be maintained like hell as its the most elegant and important structure in China./.. they'll spend more money maintaining it than money spent on GM food.

does anyone have any idea how they would handle a fire accident incase it occurs in a super tall building .Usually buildings that are just simply tall have fireways where one just climb down the stairs outside the buildings ofcourse that is not a solution in these supertall towers .Do They have some extremely powerful sprinklers that don't get damaged even at very high temperatures in order to curb any fire that is growing

Melbournes eureka tower which is currently worlds tallest residntial tower (to roof)297m/91floors has worlds first fireproof lifts! so you can get the lift in major fire because lift well is separate component to tower core. makes sense. instead of the 500 unit owners trying to get down stairwell all a onc.e

Yeah it does make more sense that all of them cram into one little tiny box to save them .Or wait 3 minutes till the safe box comes back.

Fire Safety

Most Chinese skyscrapers nowadays also have some kind of safety level that is built every 10 stories or something like that. These levels are reinforced can people in the building can retreat to these levels in case of an emergency.
