these are just concrete rings supporting walls of the hole, i don't think they marks levels. Look at the size of people, they would put there at least five levels already. It would be true only if underground levels was veeery high, 8 meters minimum. I dont thing they will be so high

Hmm from my memory the hole is 30m deep, looks like they are more than half way through. The progress has been FAST! The second ring (level) is almost finished!

...and FT is on street level already ...and ST is about 200m higher ...and they are building metro near the construction site of st. It will really be much fun when they done it first. It would leave New Yorkers without one argument
