Would be a pity
All buildings obstruct each other, though what's important is whether the trio will complement each other well which I think they will.

Look at the two workers climbing up the steel columns in the right center of the photo: one of them already being at the top, the other „cliffhanging“ midway. Already now do the workers look like mere ants in this gigantic landscape of steel.

I agree, if you look at the video on this site (go to videos section and its the 2nd one along) it has some nice street level renderings at about 2:20, and the 3 towers look good together. It also has some... inspirational music

Off course, look at all the rebar. Most (if not all) steel visible now will be encased in concrete.

Another very impressive tower in Shanghai. Great updates on the progress.

Going to China for the sake of skyscraper tourism, Shanghai is indeed a very attractive destination. Though if I were to make a choice, I'd be more inclined to make a trip through the Pearl River Delta, with Guangzhou, Shenzen and Hong Kong in relatively close proximity.

Great regular updates from this guy... but it would be good if that first picture was taken from not such a wide angle... if it only showed the surrounding site it would be better right? But I presume the photographer is not on this board to pass this suggestion on?
I'm curious how they get those 200+ ton steels' to the site? I can't imagine a normal lorry would be able to carry them!
