Maybe part of the sliding formwork if they build the next core levels by use of slip-form construction.

Not really. This year is the first year there has been snow that has stuck on the ground for any time since 2008. The last two years it has hardly snowed at all in the winter.

Yes, but are they?

On a plan of the building, the internal rectangular core is surrounded by a circular floor, and then by the triangular outer layer. Where are the now rising outer columns located with respect to the circular floor?

We're still only looking at the podium. It's going to take a couple floors before we see the skeleton of the actual building forming.
