In summer days Los Angeles do not look like this every single day. Whereas in Shanghai, the situation was more like this for my month-long stay there.

Every single day.

I am sure that Shanghai looks beautiful during winters and springs, but pollution gets pretty damn bad during summers comparing to LA.
Cloudy day, polluted but cloudy as well which makes it look worse than it really is.

That picture looks photoshoped/superimposed, look at the color in the boat (Or is it real and the pollution is so bad it makes it look that way?).

That would also explain the signature, as if it's a work of art, not a picture.

I know you don't live in Shanghai. For the Yangtze River Delta, the period from mid June to mid July is called 黄梅天. The weather is persistently rainy and shitty. The extreme high humidity makes everything (food, clothes, etc.) moldy (that is why 梅雨 is also called 霉雨). You were not supposed to see much sunshine during that period. When the rainy season ends, it is called 出梅, now that means summer really has come in Shanghai.

tell you what, days from late July to early November last year were mostly like the pic I posted. I think the Chemist has already pointed it out too.

Definitely creative to blame (lack of) photography skills on the weather!

True that, I just started getting into photography by that time.
Only good ones are from the night time.

Looking forward to go again this summer, when the weather is less shitty.

Okay now let's stick within the topic.

Oh my god, Nord, that cladding preview is slick. I think kix is right, that's supposed to be the corner crease. Thanks!
