its going to be built, that document is the shanghai center foundation management plan

the stamp on the last page is shanghai center tower construction development cooperation

That ~800m render looks horrible, it's way too massive compared to surroundings. The best height of the center would be 575-650m, not more.

888 meters....wouldnt that be a nice number ?

7 years construction time tells us whats going on here----they`ll go very very very tall.

7 years is about the same time as Burj Dubai took. And in my oppinion, the Chinese usually build faster than the people in the middle east.

As a comparison: Chicago Spire, which is 610 meters tall takes altogether 6 years : 2005-2011.
